You will collect data on how well your students know capital and lowercase letters and letter sounds.
As you assess each student, they will view the assessment presentation to name each letter and sound.
Collect and Store Data Digitally
While your students are viewing each of the three assessment presentations, you can input your student’s data. The spreadsheet has three sheets for each assessment.
In the first sheet, you will assess how well your students know each lower case letter.
You will simply add a checkmark when the student has shown mastery of the letter.
Analyze Student Data
When the assessment is complete, you will be able to see how many letters and sounds the student knows because the total will automatically populate.
Being able to access the assessments digitally will help save you time and resources. You will be able to share data with colleagues and administration whether you are teaching from your classroom or teaching from home.
Use these no-prep letter and sound assessment tools to collect data on your student's ability to read lower case and upper case letters and say each letter sound.
